The Fluid Onboarding Employer Portal is a powerful, intuitive web app designed to streamline workforce management. Employers can effortlessly send onboarding requests, track new hire progress, manage and edit Form I-9s, and handle E-Verify cases—all in one place. With smart automation and built-in compliance tools, staying organized and compliant has never been easier.
As the lead designer on the project, I was responsible for the entire UX/UI design process. From defining user flows and creating wireframes to crafting high-fidelity designs, clickable prototypes, and detailed specifications.
