The Fluid Onboarding Assistant is a sleek, user-friendly web app designed to make onboarding effortless for new hires. With guided steps, smart automation, and built-in compliance checks, employees can easily complete their paperwork—from Form I-9 and W-4 to handbook acknowledgments and payroll setup—anytime, anywhere. No confusion, no delays—just a smooth, streamlined start to their new role.
As the lead designer on the project, I was responsible for the entire UX/UI design process. From defining user flows and creating wireframes to crafting high-fidelity designs, clickable prototypes, and detailed specifications.
