The Front Door to Better Onboarding
The Fluid Onboarding website was designed to be a modern, responsive platform that showcases Fluid I-9 and Fluid Onboarding while positioning Fluid as a smart, innovative software company. Its key objectives include driving self-signups for Fluid I-9 and demo requests for Fluid Onboarding, delivering clear messaging with engaging visuals, and highlighting the powerful capabilities of Fluid’s onboarding technology—such as smart automation, compliance tracking, and effortless document management.
As the lead designer on the project, I was responsible for the design and development. Creating layouts, interactions, and design specs in Figma. I used Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for icons, graphic elements, and photo editing. To ensure flexibility for non-developers, the site was built in Webflow, allowing easy content updates.
